Somerset website new updates

We are delighted to inform our community members about some fantastic updates to our website that aim to provide you with access to important information and records. Here's what we have added so far:

1. Board Meeting Minutes: We understand the significance of transparency and effective communication. As a result, we are pleased to introduce a new feature on our website - the Monthly Board Meeting Minutes publication! Now, you can easily access comprehensive summaries of our monthly board meetings going forward, allowing you to stay informed and engaged. Simply click the "SCA Board Updates" blue button in the picture of the Somerset view on the main page of our website to access the Minutes. Sensitive information is redacted.
2. Convenient CRC Decision Access: To further enhance our commitment to transparency and governance, we have added a dedicated section under the "Covenants" tab called "CRC Decisions." Here, you will find pertinent information related to our Covenant Review Committee's Decisions going forward.
3. Digitized Historical Aerial Photos: We are thrilled to announce the digitization of high-resolution historical aerial photos of Somerset spanning the years 1960 to 1977. To access these records, navigate to the "Covenants" tab on the main page. From there, simply click on "Procedures and Forms" followed by "Historical Aerials." To access full zooming capabilities, you must download the file from Google Drive.
