SCA Annual Membership Meeting 2026

 Somerset Community Association annual meeting will take place on

January 28, 2026
7:00 pm to 8:30 pm

Please join us! 
Board members of the Somerset Community Association (SCA) will:
  • Review 2025 activities
  • Review 2025 and 2026 budgets
  • Discuss 2026 plans
  • Respond to members’ questions

Active 2026 members will:

  • Vote on 2026 budget
  • Elect SCA board members
  • Ratify proposed CRC Members
  • Raise questions for discussion

2026 SCA Membership
To be an active 2026 member you must pay 2026 dues. Only active members can attend the meeting and vote.  Check your mailboxes in early January for a dues statement from the SCA. 


Preparing for Meeting
  1. Pay 2026 dues (via USPS, hand delivering to Board Member, or online)
  2. Return proxy (via USPS, hand delivering to Board Member, or online)

  • Doors open at 6:45 pm (coffee & cookies will be available)
  • Meeting will start promptly at 7:00 pm
  • The meeting will be recorded
