Join the Somerset Community Association!

Annual dues for 2024 are $85 per home.  Members may also donate additional funds to the organization and can designate a purpose for their donation. If you'd like to make an online donation to the SCA, click the "Donate" button at the bottom of this page.

Membership dues support:

• Manage landscaping and maintenance of the Somerset entrances and other outdoor common areas
• Host the annual 4th of July Parade and Picnic, Lunar New Year Celebration, and Diwali Celebration (new in 2023!)
• Advocate on behalf of the Somerset Community with local officials and organization
• Facilitate covenant related requests and issues, via the Covenant Review Committee (CRC), enlisting legal support when required
• Maintain a community website (somerset98006.org), providing community access to relevant information and documentation
• Assess/pursue new projects, including neighborhood security cameras, and updating the entrance sign/fountain
• Publish and distribute the biennial Somerset Directory and quarterly Somerset Sun
• Organize and support the Emergency Preparedness and Block Group programs
