2026 Annual Membership Dues


The Somerset Community Association (SCA) is a volunteer run non-profit association, whose purpose is to “preserve, foster and promote the betterment of our beautiful neighborhood.” 

The SCA is funded entirely by membership dues and donations. Homeowners within the Somerset Community boundaries who pay their annual membership dues make up the voting members of the SCA.

Please renew your SCA membership by paying the dues for 2026 in the amount of $105.  Only members can vote, so pay your dues.

Step 1: 
Submit your proxy online if you have not submitted it via physical mail.
If you don't plan to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting on Wednesday January 28, please sign and submit a proxy to ensure we have adequate participation to conduct the board member election, 2026 budget approval, and CRC member ratification (as required in the SCA bylaws).
Step 2: 
Pay your annual dues.

If you would like to add a donation after you've added your dues to your cart, navigate back to this page and go to Step 3.
Step 3:
Optional donation. You can return to this step at any time to make a donation and not just while paying your annual membership dues. 
The Board plans to work on and fund the following efforts in 2026:
  • Landscaping – Coordinate all work on the Entrances, Signage, and Common Areas
  • Front Entrance/Fountain – Identify solution to either repair or remove non-functional fountain, and repair issues with electrical supply to Front Entrance back wall
  • Events – Plan and Coordinate the 4th of July Parade & Picnic, Lunar New Year Celebration, and Community Garage Sale
  • CRC (Covenants Review) – Support divisions who’ve elected to engage the CRC, handling requests for exterior updates/building and view obstruction complaints, continuing to promote transparency, and supporting CRC related enforcement activities
  • Neighborhood Pride – Facilitate neighbor communications on non-CRC covenant complaints and violations, promoting neighborly upkeep opportunities, including the Adopt-A-Street program
  • Community Safety – Encourage and facilitate Emergency Prep, Block Groups, and an Entrance Security Camera pilot program
  • Communications – Improve availability and cost of Newsletters/Sun, Website, and Community letters
  • Foundation Documents – Ensure SCA documents are valid, maintained, and properly archived
  • View Guidelines - Continue the effort to update the View Guidelines used by the CRC, and gain community approval
  • Housing Density – In response to the State and City mandate for Middle Housing in residential neighborhoods, establish community processes and tools to ensure CC&Rs are adhered to
  • Welcoming Committee – Ensure new homeowners are welcomed and made aware of community resources and guidelines
