The Somerset Community Association receives frequent requests for recommendations for local home and landscape service providers. The companies listed below are provided as a convenience for homeowners. The Association does not endorse, certify, warrant, or guarantee the quality of work performed by any contractor. Homeowners are encouraged to obtain multiple estimates, verify licensing and insurance, and select the provider that best meets their needs. If you know a great vendor, please email the Somerset Pride Committee with the information so we may add them to the vendor list.

Homeowner Tips

• Ask for proof of licensing, bonding, and insurance.
• Obtain at least two or three written estimates.
• Ask neighbors for references and recent work examples.
• Request a written scope of work before authorizing the project.
• Confirm cleanup and debris removal are included in the quote.
