Forest Ridge Theatre (600 Bldg upper level)
7:00 – 8:30 PM

Based on strong community interest and attendance at the 2025 Annual Membership Meeting, we’ve moved to a larger venue and allocated time on the agenda for:

• Board nominations from the floor
• Candidate introductions
• Ballot voting
• Q&A / open mic

2026 SCA Dues & Proxy Mailing


By now you should have received the 2026 dues statement in your mailbox. Please remember to pay your dues and submit your proxy, or plan to vote in person at the Annual Meeting.

You can save a stamp by paying your dues and submitting your proxy online here.

The Somerset Community Association (SCA) is a volunteer-run, non-profit organization whose mission is to “preserve, foster, and promote the betterment of our beautiful neighborhood.”

The SCA is funded entirely by membership dues and donations. Homeowners within the Somerset Community boundaries who pay annual dues are voting members of the association.
