Winter Weather Reminders

As temperatures drop, please remember to:

• Keep sidewalks in front of your homes clear and as free of snow and ice as possible for walkers and rollers.
• If snow is forecast, keep cars and garbage/recycle totes off the streets to help snow plows do their job.
• Wrap any exposed water pipes to prevent freezing.

2026 SCA Dues & Proxy Mailing - Reminder

Your dues and proxy mailing will arrive soon. Please remember to pay your dues and submit your proxy, or plan to vote in person at the Annual Meeting.

You can save a stamp by paying your dues and submitting your proxy online.
The Somerset Community Association (SCA) is a volunteer-run, non-profit organization whose mission is to “preserve, foster, and promote the betterment of our beautiful neighborhood.”

The SCA is funded entirely by membership dues and donations. Homeowners within the Somerset Community boundaries who pay annual dues are voting members of the association.

2026 SCA Annual General Membership Meeting

When/Where: Wednesday, January 28, 2026
Forest Ridge Theatre (600 Bldg upper level)
7:00 – 8:30 PM

Details are available on our website.  You may attend in person or register to attend via Zoom.

Based on strong community interest and attendance at the 2025 Annual Membership Meeting, we’ve moved to a larger venue and allocated time on the agenda for:

• Board nominations from the floor
• Candidate introductions
• Ballot voting
• Q&A / open mic

Meeting documents will be posted on the website prior to the meeting for your review.
