Volunteer Opportunity for Financial Audit!

We’re looking for two volunteers to help audit the SCA financial books and records this month.

This is a short commitment—just a few hours of your time. Our Treasurer will guide you through the 2025 records and explain the process, so no prior experience is required.

The annual audit must be completed by non-Board members, so all community members are welcome to participate, please email [email protected] if you are interested.

The CRC has developed a draft version of the “Somerset Architectural Review & Building Guidelines.”

This document is purely advisory and is intended to support homeowners and developers who are planning—or considering—remodeling or building in Somerset, particularly within divisions served by the Covenant Review Committee (CRC).

We’re inviting community members to participate as early reviewers before the document is published on our website.

View Guideline Committee Update

As previously reported, the recent lawsuit regarding the Third Amendment in Division 8 resulted in a judge’s order involving the CC&Rs and the CRC. The implications for the updated View Guidelines draft are currently being assessed.
Additional details will be shared as they become available.
