The Covenant Review Committee (CRC) is a volunteer, unpaid group of individuals who offer their time, talents and energy to review applicable Covenants (CC&Rs) in reference to proposed home changes, and to help resolve Covenant related disputes among neighbors. They do their best to help their neighbors live in harmony under the Covenants which are signed by the residents.
